"I see Brendon's five star rating and it's great that so many of his clients have had good experiences. I don't feel that our condo association received the same consideration. We were very optimistic about Brendon's office, at first. Before the "deal went through" he was very responsive and provided great information. After everything was signed and went into effect, our troubles began. It took four months for us to get access to our online account. The amount that State Farm was drafting from our bank was changing each month and I wanted access to statements to see why that would be. I worked with several individuals in Brendon's office to try to get clarity on the situation and to get access to our account. When I eventually gained access, Brendon said that I was at fault because I was using the word "account" when I should have been using the word "profile". More recently, our renewal offer went out at a 36% increase. We discover this after asking for any advance information almost a month ago and being told that there was no new information. When we did eventually hear from Brendon, he stated that there's no way he would know about this because it's impossible to for him to be proactive on his 11k accounts. Another office informed us that the rate increase is due to an environmental causality affecting our area in 2023, meaning that this increase had already affected dozens if not hundreds of other properties prior to my initial message regarding the renewal. Both times we had issues with this office, Brendon's response was "you're always welcome to transfer your policy to another office"."

I recently had a car accident well to rephrase it my neighbor ran into my car in the garage we share and Brandon's office failed to get me my deductible even though I was clearly not at fault. Additionally I racked up almost $2000 in rental car bills while I was getting my car repaired and Brandon's office did nothing to get this money back to me.
